This was the best rental car experience we have ever had. All of the staff was amazingly friendly and competent. The car was spotless and in great shape. They actually came to get us and called us by name and walked around the car with us. Enterprise is the best I have ever used and we have probably rented over 150 cars all over the world.

After we were quoted a much higher rate from two of the major travel sites, we had decided to simply drive out own car for a weekend trip. Checking with CarRentals.com I found a very reasonable price at a non-airport location and we used a more fuel-efficient vehicle for the drive. In future, we will check you first even if we are flying and using a rental car from an airport location. I have already recommended you to friends. Thank you!

This was the first time I have ever rented a car. After two weeks of searching car rental rates, I was beginning to think that we would have to rent a vehicle that would meet our budget needs and not necessarily our needs. Enterprise pulled up my name to find the reservation rather than using the res #, and ironically there was a Brian Houston in the system (my name is Briana Houston)which resulted in us being overcharged $95. Luckily we caught this upon returning the car and the manager promptly refunded my credit card and gave us our original deal. Thank god I still had the res # to help settle the confusion, and that we had given ourselves plenty of extra time to check in. Overall it was a great experience. People make mistakes - no prob - but they were quick to fix it. Teaches me to pay more attention and always leave plenty of spare time at the airport for unexpected issues like this. Thank you! The deal was fabulous! Too bad "Brian Houston" didn't know about CarRentals.com or he would've saved big bucks!! LOL
