At first the staff was thrown by the quote, but immediately after taking it to the manager, he said to honor it WITHOUT question. For my wait and inconvenience they upgraded my vehicle. Beyond excellent savings. I was highly impressed by the quote AND even more so the fact that I DID NOT have to give my credit card information IN ADVANCE. If I had to do so than I probably WOULD NOT have used the site.
