As I commented to CarRentals yesterday...we were most pleased that the staff at the Marco Polo Airport were helpful and not aggressively trying to "Upgrade" us to a more expensive car. We called to change the return time and were assured that if we got it in before the 24 hour window we wouldn't be charged an additional fee. Only negative comment would be that the car wasn't washed before pick up...but it was certainly drivable for the price...A Good Buy. I would recommend CarRentals again. The car I received was the best rental car I have ever driven. A Volkswagan Passat, not sure of the spelling anyway, it was fabulous (full-size car). Everyone who rode in it had ample leg room and comfort both in the back seat and front. Had leather-like seats instead of cloth, seated great for a short waisted person and everything was automatic and easy to understand. |

She remarked that if I were to have a wreck it does not include the towing (wrecker) charges, then proceeded to write that on my rental agreement in big RED letters - totally uncalled for - perhaps you should also include that so the renter does not have a negative experience. (Actually that was for the current car I how have rented, from Dollar, # Prepaid rental voucher number 73963, Confirmation number: Q5462697). Roman, the manager was very nice.
