The Alamo agent Gill was great. I had a problem with car size because I realized 3 child car seats would not fit into the car I requested. She solved the problem, found the car, found a discount that could bring the cost further down, walked me to the car and made sure I was comfortable with everything about it. And, most importantly, she did it with patience and ALOHA. I have used many car companies, but Alamo averages among the best in taking care of each customer individually - whether it is a local traveler or a visitor from the mainland. We had an unforeseen problem with the vehicle when a tire blew out on the highway and the U-Save staff was not only apologetic, they went out of their way to make things right for us,sending help immediately and refunding a portion of our rental.
