I accidentally left my wallet on the suttle bus from Advantage retnal car to the San Diego airport on 4/19. I had everything in the wallet (ID, Cash, Credit Cards, et..). I called Advantage and they found my wallet and returned to me with everything intact. I was able to get on my flight and return home on that day. Counter staff try to bully the renters into additional insurance - your policy is all inclusive. She remarked that if I were to have a wreck it does not include the towing (wrecker) charges, then proceeded to write that on my rental agreement in big RED letters - totally uncalled for - perhaps you should also include that so the renter does not have a negative experience. (Actually that was for the current car I how have rented, from Dollar, # Prepaid rental voucher number 73963, Confirmation number: Q5462697). Roman, the manager was very nice.
