Once we got to the rental desk, it became obvious that Sixt has worked to address all the negative issues that were brought up. We were instantly put at ease by the staff, offered water, and then escorted to our car personally. That was a welcome touch because it could have been a bit confusing to find the car if we had not had the escort.
