It was amazing that I tried calling an Enterprise location several times (over a few days) to rent and there was nothing available. Yet, when I went to Carrentals.com and used a location .5 miles from the one I had been calling. They honored my reservation, made sure to have a car ready for me and had outstanding customer service! What I have learned is to not call Enterprise directly, rather to book through your website and to use the smaller Enterprise location, not the larger one in the local area. Thank you for being there for me and having excellent rates! |

The staff there was fantastic. I didn't realize I needed more info because I was using a debit card instead of a credit card, but the staff totally helped me through it in a friendly way.
