Not only did they still honor the rate, they picked us up at the hotel and brought us back at the end of our trip. Very satisfying experience and we won't forget Midway for next time!

This time i was shocked on how fantastic the staff was. We got to pick out our car in the lot and was greeted by a worker that assisted us. It was definitely a great experience! In fact, I have never been treated so kindly, while renting a car ( and I'm 47) Camryn, the associate who took care of me was smiling, helpful, and supportive. She even upgraded my economy to a Mercedes as a result of my kindness to her. Talk about virtuous! I was then helped by Patrick while jumping into my car and he took 10 minute with me to orient me to the GPS, as well as give me directions. Steven was there when I dropped off the car that evening. He directed me to buy gas at half the price if I would have dropped it off. Such friendly and clear eyed crew! I was proud of each one of them. It's clear that they enjoy their jobs and work hard to give customers a great experience. WAy to go, Sixt!!

He interacted with everyone on the bus and was also helpful with tips and information. Our car was perfect and the rate was the same and the staff had us checked in and on our way quickly.
