Even though the pick-up was off location, the shuttle was prompt, driver helpful, and counter staff was very courteous. Overall the experience was very good. I would rent from Advantage again.

Never new about 'Fox Car Rental' until we searched CarRentals.com. We didn't know what to expect and thought the rate was too good to be true, that the vehicle might not be of quality but everything turned out as planned. We will definitely use CarRentals.com & 'Fox' again in the future.

I was very very happy with Fox. We got a great price, but the most impressive thing was how friendly everyone was. Pick-up was a little slow (but that is to be expected). For drop-off they had a great system and it went smoothly and quickly.

The car rental staff at Advantage were very helpful and informed. This was my first trip to Florida and did not know the area. I was extremely happy with Hertz and the vehicle they provided. When I returned the car Crawford Murray (Customer Care Specialist) kindly drove me back to the terminal saving me a long walk. I had an outstanding experience with Fox and I will recommend them to everyone I know that is going to Orlando... I rented a band new Ford focus with only 1400 miles on it. The vehicle was outstanding, and the staff was on the ball, and extremely efficient. I will definitely rent from Fox again .
