GREAT experience! Easily found a great rate, rental process was smooth and easy. Enterprise even gave us complimentary bottles of water and a better vehicle at pickup. The staff at Milwaukee airport (MKE) was fantastic.

I reserved a full-sized car, and was upgraded to a 2012 SUV for a VERY reasonable rate. The Enterprise representative (Amy) greeted us at the vehicle kiosk in the parking garage by coming outside before we even got there. She knew my name already and introduced herself to not only me, but my partner. I was very impressed with her - very friendly and we felt very taken care of. The vehicle was great, and we can't say enough about our rental experience with Enterprise. CarRentals.com was a very pleasant way to reserve a car... normally I use Hotwire.com or Priceline.com - but now I will use CarRentals.com as one of my primary resources for car reservations. Thanks for great service all around!

Please recognize your staff member at the counter the night I arrived. My plane was late - I had lost all my hotel information and I was tired and cranky. In spite of my "negative" attitude, she was GREAT! She took the bull by the horn and started calling all the hotels in the area, asking me all kinds of questions. So, at 1:00 am, after getting in later than expected, she spent time calling hotels for me and did not give up. After she found my reservation at a local hotel, she made sure I had the route there (GPS on my phone stopped working because of no charger). She was GREAT ... a real lifesaver. She needs to be recognized, for sure!!!

The Hertz representative at the Milwaukee Airport let us know that she could get us an upgraded vehicle for just $8 more for the entire rental period. That was nice! And the vehicle was clean and ran fine...can't ask for much more than that! Thank you :)

CarRentals.com provided a rate that was substantially lower than the prices that Alamo was quoting. the Alamo representative even commented on how low the rate was. i rented the car for 4 days for 150 dollars and she explained to me that the going rate for a car in my class was 150 dollars per day at that point. way to go CarRentals.com
