Best prices available, great service, great cars, great to be driven back to airport in rented car avoiding need for as much loading and unloading of luggage. ... What else could you ask for? Need better instruction indicating that cars are picked up not at car rental service building but a short few blocks away with good shuttle service to Economy rental site.

Counter staff try to bully the renters into additional insurance - your policy is all inclusive. She remarked that if I were to have a wreck it does not include the towing (wrecker) charges, then proceeded to write that on my rental agreement in big RED letters - totally uncalled for - perhaps you should also include that so the renter does not have a negative experience. (Actually that was for the current car I how have rented, from Dollar, # Prepaid rental voucher number 73963, Confirmation number: Q5462697). Roman, the manager was very nice. Thrifty & Dollar are the same.

I could not wait to give my input after our rental experience! My husband and I initially had serious reservations about Sixt due to a lot of negative comments from a few months ago. Once we got to the rental desk, it became obvious that Sixt has worked to address all the negative issues that were brought up. We were instantly put at ease by the staff, offered water, and then escorted to our car personally. That was a welcome touch because it could have been a bit confusing to find the car if we had not had the escort. The rate was such an incredible deal that we will definitely use Sixt again, and recommend it to friends and family. Thanks for making us happy and satisfied customers!

I left my sunglasses, GPS and camera in the center console of the car I rented and when I realized it my wife went back to the pickup counter and within a very short period of time they had located them and brought them to her. Your staff was also concerned that they not take to much time because we had to catch a flight, although we had lots of time it was thoughtful of them to think of that. You have excellent, honest staff.
