I'm glad this survey was sent to us as I wanted to write a nice letter anyway thanking car rental/fox cars for such a perfect experience. We are a family of 2 adults and 4(teenageed) kids so we needed a mini van at least. I was pretty worried there wouldn't be an appropriate sized van or it wouldn't have enough storage space for all our luggage, etc. The van was just right in every way. So much so that all of our kids now want to trade in the one we own for one like our rental van. At initial renting the staff advised my husband to purchase gas through them as it would be more economical and it definitely was true. Going through carrentals.com and Fox was also the best value for our money that we could find online to rent for 8 days, so that made it better all around. We thank you profusely for such a great experience and making this mom so happy!

Our rental agent was extremely friendly and chipper, even at 2:00 in the morning. He later escorted us to the car lot and invited us to pick out any car with California plates (I guess since we were dropping the car off in LAX). So we chose a larger can than we had booked and he said it was fine. Thank you!

I want to also acknowledge their staff and especially Hilladio who was so honest by mere fact he turned in my iPhone after I left it in front seat. I took a cab from terminal and truly was not very optimistic that it would still be there. He had already turned it in and the manager on duty was making arrangements to call me on the cell I used from the cab!
