We were upgraded to a Ford Fusion. It just might be the best rental car I ever used. If it wasn't the best, I can't remember a better vehicle. The person at the desk was very friendly and personable, even though we picked up our car at 11 PM. We got the prepaid fuel option for a half tank, which fit our needs exactly. All in all an excellent experience.

This was a very positive car rental experience. I was particularly impressed by the young Alamo employee wearing a suit and tie who facilitated locating the vehicle at the Jacksonville airport. He even passed out bottled water, a very nice touch. And the new Camery was great.
