I arrived at Budget and was met at the door by very friendly staff. The vehicle they had for me was an upgrade but i saw a truck that i would rather have rented. It was clean but they washed and vacuumed it anyway and i was out the door in 10 minutes. The radio did not pick up stations very well as previous renters messed up the antenna, which was noted before i left Budget, and when i returned the truck they gave me a discount because the radio would not function properly. My first time overall experience with carrentals.com was awsome and i will continue to use them for future rentals. Matter of fact i am searching for a rental right now for Las Vegas.

I have rented from Enterprise before but this was the 1st time from this site. The staff were excellent!!! They were friendly, helpful and made sure I was picked up and drove home promptly...even though I forgot to ask in advance. I will definitely use that site again and this site to help me find a good rate. Thanks!
