For years I have used "another" car rental company, My experience with Enterprise was amazing! The agent Wayne walked me to the car explaining everything I needed to know, to include directions to my destination. The same service when I returned..my luggage was carried to the bus for me and I was at the terminal in no time.

Everything was great. Extremely pleasant staff. Best of all rental price was excellent. The car rental staff said my rate was better than their employee discount. I almost cancelled the rental because I thought price was to good to be true. But it was true and a great experience.

I was a little skeptical to not rent directly from the rental company, but this turned out to be the perfect rental experience and a Great Rate!!! Everybody was VERY Nice especially since it was Thanksgiving Day which meant they were at work and not home with their families !! Thanks !

best rental car service ever - shuttle driver loaded suitcase, at office given water bottle - much needed! one person start to finish - took me to car, loaded suitcase in trunk. Very efficient, friendly and easy return. Shuttle driver back to airport at end of trip just as great.

Enterprise charged me twice what you quoted and I showed them my print-out from you with your price quote. They did finally adjust the rate and charged me what Car Rentals had quoted. I saved almost 50%. Thank you.
