I would like to mention something about our shuttle driver from the airport to the car rental. His name was Touric and we were most impressed with his friendliness. In the short drive from the airport to the car rental location, he shared with us many sightseeing recommendations and other tidbits about the city. We followed some of his recommendations for restaurants and sightseeing and were not disappointed! Touric provided the perfect start to our vacation with his friendliness and helpfulness and the city should be proud to have such a positive ambassador for the city! At the LAX location, Dollar had a "greeter" in the parking lot for people arriving on the bus from the airport and for those who had completed their reservations and were in the process of locating their vehicle in the lot. She was EXCELLENT!! All companies should have a person in this position, and someone as well-trained and personable as this employee. Well done, Dollar!!
