The Enterprise customer service was among the best we have ever experienced. They met us at the counter with fresh water bottles....much appreciated after a long trip and sent a lovely woman out to the lot (usually they just say go out and pick out a car) to help us find a car. It was a very positive experience.

I've been renting cars for several years now, and I've NEVER had an experience be this easy and stress-free!! At one point I needed to call the company about the insurance that I purchased when I booked my reservation, and the customer service was not only timely, but very knowledgeable and reassuring. My only regret is that I didn't find CarRentals.com much sooner; I have no reservations about using this service again in the future!!

Enterprise is the way to go. Top notch customer service. DTW rates seem significantly higher than other cities so that was a negative. Our vehicle was upgraded for same price, so the $$ was less painful.
