Enterprise staff at O'Hare Airport provided the best customer service I have ever had from a car rental agency. It's not about cars alone....all agencies have cars. It's about people...customers and staff. Keep on hiring people who know how to deliver appreciated customer service....a rare commodity in today's marketplace.

Amazing Customer Service GOOD JOB ENTERPRISE TEAM. Enjoyed the personal service from the water in the waiting line to adding more clerks when the line was long. Ended up with an upgrade to an SUV at no charge. Tonia the shuttle driver was extremely pleasant. MANY THANKS WILL DEFINITELY RENT FROM ENTERPRISE IN THE FUTURE.
