At first I thought I may have made a mistake booking through carrentals.com because the location of the car was quite far from the airport. But, once we got there, our car was waiting for us, there was no line and the driver and the rep at the counter couldn't have been friendlier or more accomodating. The whole process was fast and efficient. Same on the return. I will definitely use advantage again on my next trip to Charlotte!
