I picked up in Cambridge, but dropped off at Logan Airport. When I dropped the car off, I unknowingly left my wallet inside. The Hertz shuttle driver, Fugere, was WONDERFUL!!! He drove me back to the drop-off location from the airport, waited while I searched the car, and then drove me back to the airport. If it weren't for his outstanding assistance, I would have missed my flight. That one shuttle driver makes me want to rent from Hertz more often. GREAT experience!!!

This was my first experience using Carrentals.com and it went smoothly. I would definitely use the site again. Enterprise has proven twice in the last 3 weeks that they are reliable, go out of their way to give you a unique car based on your needs for the rental and really fast. Most places take 30 minutes, I was in an out in 10. Great experience.

I have rented cars for years and ths staff at the Enterprize location at 25 River Street Cambridge was, hands down, the most professional and customer oriented I have ever seen Enterprize should be proud of them

The rate offered by carrentals.com was about half what I could get from hertz.com or through sites like Expedia/Travelocity/Orbitz. The vehicle was at least 2 upgrades from what I reserved. (That was a tiny problem: the agent didn't mention she was giving me an SUV, and I was hunting in the garage for a while trying to find a blue sedan!) Hertz was also very accommodating when I needed to change to a one-way rental.
