The staff there was fantastic. I didn't realize I needed more info because I was using a debit card instead of a credit card, but the staff totally helped me through it in a friendly way. The Peugeot 5008 was a great car. Although it was a diesel, it had plenty of pickup and it drove very well on the highway and in the city. It was big enough inside to fit our family and our bags, and small enough to navigate the narrow streets in France. Hertz' staff was very professional and helpful. I would definitely recommend CarRentals.com and Hertz again. Thanks!

Our Service Rep Falaine was great! We got in very late and she told us where we could go have breakfast that was a great price and just across the parking lot from our hotel. She gave us directions to the hotel and other suggestion for our trip.. We were very happy with her services.
